On Friday, at The Metcalfe Golf and Country Club in Ontario, Canada, a golf tournament is being held and all proceeds are being donated to the Cancer Center for brain tumor research. Lindsay who is 20 years old was diagnosed with a brain tumor in October last year and had to undergo major surgery.
She is also undergoing 6 weeks of Radiation treatments every day. She with the help of family and friends has decided to do what she can to help other people who might have to go through what she has and decided that a golf tournament would be the perfect way to do this. And having worked there for a few years she decided that Metcalfe would be the perfect place to have it.
The entry fees are 100$ per golfer which includes use of a cart and a hip of beef dinner afterwards. Also every golfer will recieve a prize.

The Golden Golf and Country Club in British Columbia has been considered a "hidden gem" by many golfers familiar with this area. Located in an area known for its skiing resorts yet a small town feel, the golf club started out as a nine-hour course before expansion in 1993.
