Lindsay Service's Charity Golf Tournament to Aid Brain Tumor Research

On Friday, at The Metcalfe Golf and Country Club in Ontario, Canada, a golf tournament is being held and all proceeds are being donated to the Cancer Center for brain tumor research. Lindsay who is 20 years old was diagnosed with a brain tumor in October last year and had to undergo major surgery.

She is also undergoing 6 weeks of Radiation treatments every day. She with the help of family and friends has decided to do what she can to help other people who might have to go through what she has and decided that a golf tournament would be the perfect way to do this. And having worked there for a few years she decided that Metcalfe would be the perfect place to have it.

The entry fees are 100$ per golfer which includes use of a cart and a hip of beef dinner afterwards. Also every golfer will recieve a prize.
