- I golfed at this course many times and bought their 12 for 10 games coupon book which states it is valid anytime and no mention of expiry. I golfed last there in August 2020 and used the coupon. Today I went there and was told my remaining games had been destroyed as it was more than 2 years since I bought the coupons. They made no attempt to inform me of their decision despite the fact that they know me. I feel they have deceived me and cheated me of games I paid for. With Covid restrictions I understand their need to make money but do not agree that they can arbitrarily make their own addendums to games prepaid in good faith. I won’t return there and will advise other golfers of their business tactics. They need to update their policies on prepaid coupon offers.
