First time golfing at this Club last week. Very disappointed and will not come again.
Starter was very annoying and insisted we let a group of men play through-another 4some. Seems they were playing from the ladies tees and were having to wait. Instead we ended up waiting for them! We paid our money like everyone else.
The course was very poorly marked and carts had an automatic stop programmed which we were not told about.
Our 4some are long time lady golfers and have never been treated like this at another course.
    We will not be back!

I have played this course many times over many years. I always enjoy playing the course, even though it is neither the most highly manicured course nor a Donald Ross/Alister MacKenzie designed effort. A few bland holes but a larger number of real 'fun' ones (i.e., 6, 10, 15-18). The greens are almost always in good shape - more reliable than the semi-private course at which I'm a member). Also, playable by all skill levels of golfer (which means you get 'all levels' of player out there), even though it is a touch longer than average. Leaving distance from Windsor out of it, I'd actually rather play Belleview than Roseland (which is a Ross design) most of the time. I normally find the people out there pretty friendly - no private course attitude here.

I have played this course off and on for the last 6 years. To say that it's gone down hill and I've never been more disappointed is an understatement. From the start - 0907 tee time. I arrive with my group and find 5 groups waiting. Tee off ended up being 0930. Unfortunately this has been common place a few times before. The course was in terrible shape...bad greens, water logged fairways (they've always had bad drainage) and chewed up tee boxes without a hint of repair in weeks. Not a Marshall to be seen anywhere which was unfortunate because the pace of play was painfully slow. (Ended up being a 5 hour 15 minute round). To top it off it was 35 degrees out and we saw the cart girl once on a day when hydration was a major issue. At the end of the day, I will never play Belleview again, nor will I ever give this course a cent of my money. 0 stars
