- Excellent course. A real example of how good a course can be. A tribute to golf in Canada.I only fail to give this course 5 stars due to my first time playing. I loved the natural look, not over paved. The course was even playing quite easy due to fescue cut back in the fall, but still a stern test. Lots of slope throughout the course, particularly around greens, which were difficult, but not unfair. The short par 4's are quite notable for being tight and difficult. Also of note was our host, a Redtail member, who made our day very enjoyable showing us the finer points of the awesome clubhouse (Owner's scorecard with Arnold Palmer albatross/eagle on same hole, definitely a keeper) memorable experience, get there if you can.
