Legacy Ridge Golf Club

Situated along the shores of the Georgian Bay, Legacy Ridge Golf Club provides a scenic round played atop the Georgian cliffs. Stanley Thompson designed the first nine holes in 1920 and the back nine was added in the 1970s. The rolling landscape is dotted with mature trees and there are elevation changes throughout, causing uneven lies but also providing spectacular views of the Bay. Legacy Ridge Golf Club's traditional layout features rolling fairways and challenging, well manicured greens. Water hazards come into play on a few holes and there are more than 30 bunkers strategically placed throughout the golf course. In addition to the course, Owen Sound offers a 17-acre practice facility for golfers to use.
