- course has been neglected lately. some bunkers have been improved but others have very little sand in them and are unplayable after any rain. fairways are uneven, have bald spots, drainage than was put in years ago still has gravel on on top and has never been reseeded. also they charge an extra $5 a cart if your riding alone.
