Definitely a sprayer’s paradise. Most holes a drive and a pitch to very tough to read greens. Conditioning is average for a Brampton cow pasture.

The service was fair for a west of Mississauga track and the menu a wing gourmet’s dream. Anything north of fish and chips seemed to be a struggle for the chef.

The best service for the public at large would be to convert this semi private back to a gated nursing home fun park.
