Laid across rolling countryside atop the Niagara Escarpment, Turtle Creek Golf uses the natural undulations of the landscape to its full advantage. The hilly terrain combined with the rocky outcroppings scattered throughout add to the scenic nature of the golf course. The elevation of the terrain shifts between subtle and dramatic. For the most part, the layout is wide open but there are some trees to be wary of as well as some rough areas. Water plays a prominent role on the course, coming into play on 12 of the 18 holes. Turtle Creek's idyllic charm flows from the course to the clubhouse, which incorporates a stone building from 1835.

This is an excellent course that you can enjoy no matter the level of your golf game. Since 2008, my wife and I play here often. We enjoy the layout and the challenge of not getting any balls wet! My wife finds the red tees quite friendly. I think they are!

The staff is friendly, and helpful, and they keep the course in excellent condition, even after severe weather.

I am sure that whatever level your golf game is, you will enjoy playing this course; try it!
